Whether you are starting to learn Japanese with your first kana characters or already have some experience, we invite you to choose the level that suits you and start or continue your Japanese language studies at Seito San Japanese Language and Culture Centre.
Beginners – Level I
This introductory course is designed to help students become familiar with and learn the kana writing systems, sentence structure, and N5-level grammar (A1).
- Students’ group (ages 11 and up)

- Online group for adults
Beginners – Level II
This general group is intended for students who already have basic knowledge of Japanese. Kanji characters are introduced at this level. Students consolidate N5-level (A1) knowledge and begin studying N4-level (A2) material.
- General group
Intermediate / Advanced Learners
This general group is intended for students who have been studying Japanese for several years. N4-level knowledge is consolidated, and students begin studying N3-level (B1) material.
