Tutoring Center

Klaipėda Lyceum has launched the “Lyceum” Tutoring Center – a new initiative designed to support students in achieving academic success and building stronger self-confidence.

The center is staffed by experienced Klaipėda Lyceum teachers who are ready to help students overcome learning challenges and reach their full potential.

For Students in Grades 1–12

Individual Tutoring:

Lithuanian Language for Grades 5–8

Lithuanian language tutoring for grades 5–8 will be led by teacher Vaida Jokšienė – Chair of the Klaipėda City Lithuanian Language Methodology Group, digital education content creator, and a teacher with 25 years of experience.

Teacher Vaida is known for her modern and creative approach to teaching, her ability to spark students’ curiosity, and her dedication to helping each child find their unique path to mastering the Lithuanian language.

Lithuanian language tutoring for students will also be provided by teacher Raimonda Rutavičienė, who has over 35 years of experience working with both younger and older students. She knows how to encourage each student, help them discover their strengths, and enjoy the Lithuanian language.

In Raimonda’s sessions, students feel motivated, become more confident in speaking, express their thoughts creatively, and consistently strengthen their language skills.

Mathematics

Mathematics tutoring will be provided by teacher Veronika Jasinskienė, who has over 25 years of experience. She works with students of all ages, helping them understand the logic and beauty of mathematics.

Teacher Veronika knows how to spark students’ curiosity, turn challenges into exciting discoveries, and show that mathematics can be not only clear but also enjoyable.

Primary Education

Primary education tutoring will be led by teacher Elena Burbienė, a mathematics and primary education teacher, and the Vice Principal for Education at Klaipėda Lyceum, with over 40 years of experience. She is one of the most experienced teachers at Klaipėda Lyceum, known for her sincerity, professionalism, and ability to notice each child’s unique needs.

In Elena’s lessons and consultations, children feel safe, heard, and encouraged to aim higher. Her students learn with confidence, discover self-assurance, and achieve top results.
