The students listened to a lecture on proper waste sorting. They learned how waste is correctly separated and how much of it residents of Klaipėda can bring to collection sites.
We also visited the Dumpiai regional landfill, where we became familiar with its территории and operations. The students had the opportunity to see up close the technical processes carried out in landfills, the engineering solutions used for sorting, and where the sorted waste goes.
This trip reminded students how important it is to sort waste and consume responsibly. Every choice we make contributes to environmental protection. Even small daily habits can help create a cleaner and safer future for all of us!
