Students of class 6A, D. Jockus and J. Šidla, participated in the conference “The Blue Children’s Conference: Solutions for the Sea”

For the third year in a row, the Melnragė branch of the Klaipėda City Municipality Immanuel Kant Public Library brings together students from grades 5–8 and invites them to join the project and become true guardians of the Baltic Sea.

The aim of this year’s conference was to create real solutions to help reduce pollution in the Baltic Sea.

Our students prepared a presentation on the topic “How can educational institutions strengthen children’s ecological awareness about the sea?” The students confidently presented their ideas and suggested concrete ways schools can contribute to a more sustainable and cleaner future.

Thank you to the organizers for the opportunity to inspire children to love and protect the Baltic Sea even more.
