On December 3, the traditional Young Mathematicians’ Competition “Drawing with Dots” took place at the Klaipėda Students’ Self-Expression Centre, bringing together sixth-grade students from various schools across the city. Twelve teams participated in the event, testing their abilities by solving tasks presented not only on the coordinate plane but also various logical thinking challenges and puzzles.
This year, the organizers prepared especially creative and playful tasks that encouraged students to analyze, think strategically, and work as a team. Participants had to demonstrate not only their mathematical knowledge but also the ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
The team from Klaipėda Lyceum performed exceptionally well and won 1st place. Our school was represented by the following students:
