Congratulations and we are proud of Mark!

This year, Markas Kazlauskas (II MYP C) received a special invitation to travel to NATO’s headquarters in Brussels for free. Such invitations are not given randomly – they had to be earned. Although Markas himself says he „didn’t do anything special,“ the facts speak for themselves.

The young man joined the NATO Youth Ambassadors organization and was one of the 70 youth ambassadors in Lithuania. Over the course of the year, Markas did an impressive job – he presented the activities, mission, and importance of NATO in the modern world at 29 different schools, reaching 751 young people with this valuable information.

For his active efforts in spreading knowledge about NATO, Markas was recognized as one of the 10 most active youth ambassadors in Lithuania. On September 19th, during the NATO Youth Ambassadors conference at the Lithuanian Presidential Palace, Markas was awarded a prize.

Markas, congratulations, and we are proud of your achievements! You are a great example of how curiosity and initiative can lead to meaningful experiences and goals.
