Išskirtinius mokslo metus Klaipėdos licėjus šiemet užbaigs net trijų dienų šventiniu maratonu. Tradicinėje licėjaus organizuojamoje „Mėlynojo kilimo“ ceremonijoje bus pagerbti iniciatyviausi ir gabiausi Klaipėdos licėjaus mokiniai, o šventės tematikoje dėmesys bus skirtas ir šiemet pasikeitusiam mokyklos statusui.
Nauja šventės erdvė ir didžiulė scena
Praėjusiais metais Klaipėdos licėjaus organizuojama kasmetinė „Mėlynojo kilimo“ ceremonija pirmą kartą vyko atviroje erdvėje – Klaipėdos koncertų salės vasaros estradoje.Pasak renginio organizatorių, šiemet ceremonija taip pat vyks po atviru dangumi. Renginio režisieriaus Tomo Jašinsko teigimu, siekiant įvairiau išnaudoti licėjaus erdves, šiemetinė „Mėlynojo kilimo“ šventė vyks mokyklos teritorijoje. „Praėjusių metų pabaigoje sėkmingai mokyklos teritorijoje vykę ir didelio lankytojų susidomėjimo sulaukę kalėdiniai renginiai privertė mus labiau atsigręžti į savų erdvių pritaikymą išskirtiniams renginiams. Todėl šiemet „Mėlynojo kilimo“ ceremonija vyks licėjaus teritorijoje esančioje aikštėje, kur bus pastatyta didžiulė koncertinė scena su LED ekranais. Joje kiekvienas renginio dalyvis galės jaustis ypatingai pagerbtu, lyg dalyvautų ne įprastame mokyklos renginyje, o prestižinėje apdovanojimų ceremonijoje“, – teigė T. Jašinskas.
Trijų dienų šventinis maratonas
Šventiniame šurmulyje Klaipėdos licėjus gegužę gyvens net tris dienas. Gegužės 25 d. „Mėlynojo kilimo“ ceremonijoje dalyvaus licėjaus pradinių klasių mokiniai. Kitą dieną (gegužės 26 d.) šventinė ceremonija bus surengta 5-12 klasių mokiniams, o pavasarinių renginių maratoną licėjuje gegužės 27 d. užbaigs Paskutinis skambutis mokyklos, o pavasarinių renginių maratoną birželio 3 d. užbaigs Mažojo Klaipėdos licėjaus auklėtiniai, švęsdami mokslo metų baigimą. Kaip teigia Klaipėdos licėjaus vadovė dr. Regina Kontautienė, šiemet mokslo metus baigti ilgesniu nei įprasta renginių ciklu paskatino ir pasikeitęs ugdymo įstaigos statusas. „Tai yra pirmieji mokslo metai, kuriuos Klaipėdos licėjus baigė su oficialiu tarptautinės mokyklos statusu. Tai – reikšmingas pasiekimas mūsų bendruomenei, kuri ne vienerius metus sunkiai dirbo, kad šiandien licėjus galėtų sąžiningai vadintis tarptautine mokymo įstaiga, galinčia pasiūlyti kokybišką mokslą mokiniams iš viso pasaulio. Todėl šiuos metus norime vainikuoti išskirtine švente, kuri suburtų kuo daugiau mūsų bendruomenės narių“, – teigia licėjaus direktorė.
Renginyje – ukrainietiški akcentai
Simboliška, kad tarptautinės mokyklos statusą Klaipėdos licėjus įgijo būtent šiemet, kuomet Lietuvos ugdymo įstaigoms teko operatyviai spręsti į mūsų šalį nuo karo Ukrainoje bėgančių ukrainiečių vaikų švietimo klausimus. Klaipėdos licėjus aktyviai prisidėjo prie pagalbos Ukrainos vaikams iniciatyvų. Ne vienai dešimčiai ukrainiečių mokinių licėjuje buvo suteikta galimybė mokytis nemokamai, o jų šeimoms suteikta įvairiapusė parama. Todėl nieko nuostabaus, kad šiemet „Mėlynojo kilimo“ ceremonijos programoje dėmesio bus skirta ir Ukrainos tautai. Solidarumas su karo kamuojama tauta, pasak organizatorių, šventėje bus išreikštas jautriais meniniais pasirodymais.
Pagarba geriausiems ir iniciatyviausiems
„Mėlynojo kilimo“ ceremonijos metu apdovanojimai bus įteikti gabiausiems Klaipėdos licėjaus mokiniams, įvairių socialinių iniciatyvų organizatoriams ir dalyviams bei įvairių olimpiadų laureatams. Šiemet licėjaus bendruomenė džiaugiasi itin išaugusiu tarptautinių olimpiadų laureatų skaičiumi, o leidinys „Reitingai“ jau septintus metus iš eilės Klaipėdos licėjų pripažino geriausia ugdymo įstaiga Lietuvoje, kuri nevykdo mokinių atrankos. Renginio metu bus pagerbti ir tradicinių Metų mokslo, Metų lyderių, Metų savanorio, Metų mokytojo bei kitų, jau neatsiejama renginio dalimi tapusių, nominacijų laureatai.Visas tris renginio dienas licėjaus teritorijoje esančioje scenoje netrūks įvairių meninių pasirodymų, kuriuos atliks Klaipėdos licėjaus mokiniai ir kiti mokyklos bendruomenės nariai.

This exceptional year for Klaipėdos Licėjus will be crowned with a three-day-long marathon of celebratory events. In the annual and traditional Licėjus “Blue carpet” ceremony the most initiative and gifted students of Klaipėdos Licėjus will be honored. The event’s theme will draw attention to the school’s new status.
New celebration and a big stage
Last year, Klaipėdos Licėjus annual “Blue carpet” ceremony took place outdoors for the first time – the Klaipėdos Concert Hall summer stage. According to the organizers of the event, this year the ceremony will also take place outdoors. According to the director of the event Tomas Jašinskas in order to better utilize the area around the liceum, this year the “Blue carpet” celebration will take place on the school’s property.
“Last year’s Christmas events which drew in a lot of visitors and successfully took place on the school’s property made us more closely examine our own territory and assess how it can be used for varying events. This is why this year’s “Blue carpet” ceremony will be taking place in Licėjus’ square where a big scene with LED screens will be put up. Each single participant of the event will be able to feel appreciated, as if participating in a prestige award ceremony, not an ordinary school event.” – says T. Jašinskas
Three-day-long celebratory marathon
Klaipėdos Licėjus will live in celebratory hullabaloo for three days. On May 25th “Blue carpet” ceremony will be attended by primary school students. Next day, on the 26th of May, the celebration will include students from 5th to 12th grades. The marathon of spring festivities will be crowned by the Last Bell on the 27th of May. For Mažasis Licėjus the spring festivities will be marked by an end-of-the-year celebration on the 3rd of June.
According to Dr. Regina Kontautienė, the decision to end the year with a long-than-usual marathon of events was influenced by the school’s new and changed status.
“This will be the first school year that Klaipėdos Licėjus will finish up with an official status of an International school. This is a meaningful change for our community, which has worked relentlessly for many years so that today’s liceum could honestly call itself an International place of matriculation, which can offer a quality education to students from all over the world. That is why this year we wanted to crown our school year with an exceptional celebration, which could gather as many of the members of our community as possible.” – says the Licėjus principal.
Ukrainian details at the event
It’s symbolic how Klaipėdos Licėjus received its International school status this year, when many of Lithuania’s schools had to cooperate to solve the questions of education for the arriving Ukrainian refugee families and their children.
Klaipėdos Licėjus actively contributed to the aid initiatives designed to help Ukrainian children. More than a couple of Ukrainian families received various kinds of help, as well as the opportunity to provide their children with free education at Klaipėdos Licėjus.
That’s why it is not at all surprising that this year the “Blue carpet” ceremony attention will be given to the Ukrainian nation. Solidarity for a nation facing war according to the organizers of the celebration will be expressed throughout the event with emotional artistic performances.
Appreciation for the best and the most ambitious
During the “Blue carpet” ceremony many awards will be given out to the most gifted students of Klaipėdos Licėjus, organizers and participants of various social initiatives, as well as the winners of varying championships. This year Licėjus community is proud of its growing number of prizewinners in International championships, as well as the fact that the journal “Reitingai” has, for the seventh year in a row, announced Klaipėdos Licėjus as the top Lithuanian school that does not participate in student selection.
During the event the traditional awards of Field of Study of the Year, Leader of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, and Teacher of the Year as well as many other awards that have become an inseparable part of the celebration, will be awarded to their winners. Throughout the three whole days of celebration there will be many various artistic performances, which will be performed by Klaipėdos Licėjus’ students and other members of the school’s community.
